What are the accepted payment methods?

All prices are listed in Japanese yen.  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express) as well as PayPal. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match exactly to avoid delays in processing your order.

Will I be charged taxes?

No, the tax is already included in the price.  That’s fairly standard in Japan.

Do you ship outside of Japan?

Yes, we ship most products worldwide.  Some products can only be shipped within Japan but that will be mentioned in the product description.  We ship using EMS and your product should arrive within 3-6 days.  For the complete list of countries we send to please click here. Please note that in some rare cases you might require to pay custom duties to receive your order if you’re outside of Japan.  These fees are not controlled by True Beyond Design.

Can I track and trace my shipment?

No, we currently do not provide this service.  If you do not receive your package within3-6 days please contact us by email.

What if my shipment is damaged?

We inspect all goods before they are packaged and shipped.  If a package is damaged upon arrival please contact the logistics company and send us an email with an image of the damaged product.  We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

What is your return policy?

You can return any order within 30 days for a full refund if we have made an error or if the product is defective.  Simply email us at info@truebeyonddesign.com stating the product and reason and we will send you a shipping address.   Send it back with the original packaging and all accessories and we will refund your credit card or PayPal account.
